P1: Hypospermatogenesis in mice and men: Investigations on two mouse models and human testicular biopses with defective male germ cell differentiation

Aims:
To fully characterize two spermatogenesis-relevant proteins, which when mutated in mice result in phenotypes similar to those in human infertile men. Key processes in microtubule regulation and the role of small RNAs in haploid germ cell development will be addressed.
