What is mentoring?

In mentoring, experienced mentors accompany less experienced people - the mentees - over several months. In a one-on-one relationship, the mentors pass on knowledge and experience exclusively to his or her mentee. In addition to being mentored, the PALS mentoring programme also offers exchange within the group of mentees and a specialized training programme.
