How much time do I need?
In order to have a successful and productive mentoring relationship mentors and mentees need to reserve time for the kick-off and closing event. Mentees should also attend the interim meeting, which provides opportunities for feedback, the presentation of the mentors’ companies by the mentees and exchange of important topics between all mentees.
How much time you spend on your individual mentoring relationship and by which means you interact (personal meeting, E-mail, phone, skype) you will agree together on with your mentor/mentee.
