Even though conventional roles are progressively changing, still only about 25% of top positions are filled by females. In academia, we find the same picture. Women often "step back" after they got children.
But (how) can we women have it all: career success and a fulfilling private life?
In this workshop we try to get to the bottom of this issue. We analyze critical factors of successful women and question ourselves. What resources, competencies and helpful habits do I have and which ones do I need? What are my daily roles and which roles do I whish to assume in the future?
Besides individual career planning, the workshop offers strategies and tasks that help to be seen and heard. Ho do I present myself confidently? How do I keep in other people's minds? How do I gain support? How do I stick to my way in the face of barriers and critique?
