In the first Seminar Lecture Series of 2022, Gulnara Dzhunushalieva, PhD, Research Associate of the SDGnexus Network will present her work on:
"Identify new trends in the relationship between topics of Food and Innovation: A Bibliometric Review"
In order to achieve the SDGs innovations in different forms and at different scales are needed. Innovation is a key enabling factor to food systems transformation. The ongoing research presented in this talk focuses on the connection between food and innovation in a broad sense, the evolving linkages with each other and towards sustainability in general, and sustainable food systems in particular. For this purpose, we use bibliometric methods that allow us to empirically document the volume, trends, and knowledge-development directions in the research field of innovations and food. Finally, we also provide a review of publications for the SDGNN regions of Central Asia and Latin America to identify volume, influential authors, and interdisciplinary topics.
