04.2021 - Session at the virtual EGU 2021 Engage • Discover • Inspire
Water is essential for human well-being and healthy ecosystems. Therefore, hydrology can make a major contribution to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
However, due to complex interactions, trade-offs and synergies between SDGs, such research is usually done in an inter- or transdisciplinary setting. To demonstrate the value of hydrological research in such a complex context, the SDGnexus Network hosts two sessions on the upcoming EGU:
- Nature-Based Solutions for Global Environmental Challenges and SDG nexus research
- Advances in forest hydrology

We are looking forward to meeting you during the event.
