Business Etiquette

In this seminar you will gain important knowledge concerning business etiquette. You will receive valuable information on the relevance of business etiquette, on cultural differences, dresscode, (E-mail) communication, phone etiquette, office etiquette and dining etiquette. Furthermore, this seminar will teach you how to handle conflicts in a business setting, cope with difficult characters and delicate situations, as well as teach you what to do when you feel unsure. After attending this seminar you will feel more confident in entering the business world and acting appropriately in the work place.

Lecturer: Barbara Motschenbacher is an expert in recruiting, personal development and change management. She studied International Business and Cultural Studies at the University of Passau. Being fluent in German, English, French and Polish, she loves working in international environments.
