Bild Abendkurse

Thank you for your interest in our study-accompanying German evening courses and welcome to our homepage!

We offer German language courses for international students at JLU (BA/MA/state examination, students in exchange programmes, students from partner universities), doctoral students, employees, guest researchers and their relatives. The courses consist of lessons of 4 hours per week at various levels. The workload corresponds to 3 ECTS credits for a successfully completed course.

Our next evening course will take place in the winter semester 2021/22 from November 2 , 2021 to February 17, 2022.

Registration

Registration for the evening course in the summer semester 2021 will be open here from September 15, 2021 to October 15, 2021

Register now for the winter semester 2021/22

Please note that we cannot consider registrations for the winter semester after October 15, 2021.

Placement test

If you have already successfully attended and passed an evening course with us (certificate of achievement) or can prove your language competence and the corresponding level with another acquired certificate, you do NOT have to take the placement test. Please upload your certificate in the registration form.

If you do not have a certificate or have not yet attended any of our evening courses, you will need to take the placement test. The placement test will take place online on October 21, 2021. Those who have to take the placement test will be informed separately by our DaF office. Please be patient until then.

Information for VIP students

The evening courses are explicitly not for VIP students.

If you belong to the group of VIP students, please register for a German course within the VIP programme at the following link: https://www.jlu-digitalcampus.de/vip.
