Intercultural Training (in English)

Intercultural Training challenges you to learn about and to discover new cultures from other perspectives and to experience "culture shock" together with students from germany and from all over the world.

This course outlines the basic concepts of Intercultural Communication in order to improve communication skills that enhance cross-cultural communication.
(Niveau B1+ GER)

The following topics will be covered:

- Cultural perspectives: identity and intercultural relations
- Perception: beliefs, values, and attitudes
- Components of intercultural communication: conflict management and cooperation
- Examining communication and the self

Participants will receive a pass/fail, 1 CP is awarded for the successful completion of the course.
