Are you looking to boost your confidence so you can achieve your goals and be your best self? Well, you can be confident that you have come to the right place! No matter your self-esteem starting point. From start to finish, you will be taught and encouraged to identify the mindset changes you need to make and how to maintain them for ongoing positive growth in your future career and life.

Throughout the live workshop, you will learn about topics including the fear of rejection, overcoming negative self-talk including dealing with an imposter syndrome, creating a positive self-image, as well as daily exercises on developing and maintaining a strong self-confidence.
