Unterhalb dieser oberen Leiste schliesst sich die Hauptnavigation an. Unterhalb der Hauptnavigation befindet sich der Inhaltsbereich. Individual training counselling and career coaching

Every year, we offer roughly 160 training opportunities as well as further arrangements in 

Icon: Beratung

cooperation with external partners. We are happy to advise you concerning the choice of the proper training offer based upon your specific training needs and your professional as well as personal development perspectives.

Coaching offers you the possibility to express and reflect on professional and/or personal topics and issues in a safe place. Career coaching specifically can initiate important impulses for the development of your career. Coaching can also support you in improving and expanding your professional competencies through self-reflection and capacity building.

Leading personnel counselling

As a leading employee, you are facing challenges that need to be mastered every day. In order to support you, we offer counselling concerning the following as well as additional topics about leadership and teamwork:

  • Definition, configuration and reflection of your personal leadership role
  • Practical knowledge concerning leadership tasks, e.g. delegation, HR Development, and employee dialogues
  • Development of personal competencies, such as the ability to deal with conflicts
  • Dealing with conflicts within teams or between employees
  • Successful communication with employees
  • Motivating and developing employees
  • Reducing personal work-load (work-life balance).

In-house event design and organization

We are happy to support you in designing and organizing in-house and team-building events in your field.

 

We offer support concerning

  • in needs assessment and topic determination
  • contentual design
  • the selection of trainers
  • event organization

 

In-house events would be useful, especially if 

  • you liked to establish standards and processes concerning a specific topic
  • you liked to launch a development process for the entire team
  • you realized that there is a large enough group interested in a specific topic even though it does not concern the entire team.
