Trouble-shooting

If any problems, questions or complaints about procedures, results etc (e.g. rabies certificates) occur, please contact our laboratory as soon as possible. We will immediately try to solve the problem. You can contact us by phone, e-mail or fax (see contact us). Please note: If a rabies certificate needs to be corrected, the original certificate has to be sent back before we can dispatch the modified certificate.
