Abstract:
Falk Ostermann currently prepares a research project that investigates the development of ideas and practices of transatlantic defense cooperation in the realm of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). It aims at understanding the relationship between political crisis, daily practices of cooperation in allied institutions, and the development of the ideational framework that binds agents together in a Community of Practice.
