Inhalte der Veranstaltung
The lecture provides an introduction to the foundations of the international legal system (in particular the sources and subjects of international law), explores the constitutional elements of the international legal order (in particular the prohibition of the use of force and the protection of human rights), and discusses selected fields of international governance (in particular International Economic Law).
Leistungsnachweise
Written exam (only for international students and students of the Master’s program ‘Transition Management’).
