Teilnahme an der Vorlesung Völkerrecht I (= Public International Law I). The lecture is open for students of Master's programs from other disciplines and the SPC Global Health (FB 11).
Inhalte der Veranstaltung
The lecture provides a comprehensive overview of International Migration Law, an evolving branch of modern international law. It introduces core concepts such as nationality, territorial jurisdiction, and human rights. The lecture identifies specific regimes applicable to refugees, family migrants, and migrant workers. Special attention is paid to the multilayered structure of international and European migration laws.
