Kontoauszüge, Arbeitsverträge, Gehaltsabrechnungen etc. / bank statements, job contracts, pay slips, etc.

 

Durch das Absenden des Formulars versichere ich die Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit der von mir gemachten Angaben und verpflichte mich, jede Änderung meiner finanziellen Lage sowie meiner Wohnanschrift dem Akademischen Auslandsamt sofort mitzuteilen.

Mir ist bewusst, dass falsche oder unvollständige Angaben den Verlust jeder Förderung nach sich ziehen. Jede unberechtigt erhaltene Förderung werde ich sofort zurückzahlen.

Mir ist bekannt, dass das Stipendium nur zur Bestreitung der Lebenshaltungskosten am Hochschulort bestimmt ist und dem Ausgleich finanzieller Notlagen dient.

Ich stimme der Erhebung, Verarbeitung und Nutzung meiner personenbezogenen Daten durch das Akademische Auslandsamt der JLU Gießen zur Durchführung des Auswahlverfahrens für die Vergabe von finanziellen Beihilfen zu. Die Daten werden nach Beendigung des Verfahrens gelöscht.
