In this workshop, all speakers of our GGK and GCSC research groups and everyone who is interested in potentially assuming this role in the future are invited to work with the instructor on some of the following issues: facilitating discussions, organizing meetings, moderating conflicts, integrating individual research interests, managing group dynamics as well as translating the work of the research group into the institutional context of GGK, GCSC and JLU. A reflection on the role/s within research groups will be at the center of our discussions and exercises. I look forward to working with you!
