Teaching

Food chemistry is a special field of chemistry, which deals with food, its ingedients and the composition, as well as changes, e.g. through envionmental influences, preparation, production procedures or strorage. Furthermore, the chemistry and analysis of cosmetics, tobacco, consumer goods and animal feed is also an integral part of the food chemistry studies.
