In Germany, many employers do not post job offers publicly - they prefer to rely on their network to find matching candidates. Therefore, students should start early to build their own network when looking for a job in Germany. Strategic contact building and sending out unsolicited applications are important key factors.
For international students this can be challenging. In this online workshop you will get to know reliable strategies to build a network, use it for your job search and compose high quality unsolicited applications. The three hour session in English includes professional input as well as practical exercise, led by recruiting expert Annika Schneider from the WILA Arbeitsmarkt.
The WILA Arbeitsmarkt is specialized on supporting job-seeking students and graduates and features more than 20 years of experience in this field. Our magazine provides several hundred job offers every week as well as information about job opportunities and recruiting trends.
Lecturer: Annika Schneider
Registration via StudIP (max. 20 participants)
