Intercultural Communication and Business
Welcome to the Chair of Intercultural Communication and Business!
What is ICB all about? Intercultural communication and business research focuses on how different cultures interact at the interpersonal, organizational and societal level. It looks at the ways in which communication, language, and sociocultural factors can affect relationships and business practices. It also examines how organizations can create more effective communication and collaboration in a more diverse workplace.
Topics of this research area include cross cultural negotiation, international business management, organizational culture and change, managing diversity in the workplace, and intercultural teamwork and human resource development.
