Habilitation
The Faculty of Business Studies and Economics at Justus Liebig University Gießen awards the degree “habilitata” or “habilitatus” (habil.) to applicants who have completed the regular habilitation procedure.
Upon application, the habilitation candidate can also be awarded the title of Privatdozent (PD) with the associated teaching authorization (“venia legendi”). The regulations for both procedures can be found in the habilitation regulations of the faculty.
