The online registration will close 5:00 p.m. September 5, 2011 local time. To take advantage of a reduced registration rate, early registration and payment must be completed before July 31, 2011. 

Registration Fees:

Fee includes:

        General/Student Participant:  Conference Entry, Book of Abstracts, Welcome Reception, 

                                                          Excursion, Conference Banquet, Conference Record (CD)

        Accompanying Person:            Welcome Reception, Excursion, Conference Banquet

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

        For administrative reasons, all refunds will be made after the conference. Handling charges will be

        deducted from the amount of refund.

                            before June 30, 2011:               full refund

                            before July 31, 2011:                registration fee less 15% administrative costs

                            before September 1, 2011:      registration fee less 30% administrative costs

                            September 2, 2011 and after:  no refund
