Program and formalities
Registration fee of 300 € (220 € for students).
The registration fee includes three days accommodation, lunches, and coffee breaks. The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 65. Some rooms are double dorms. Participants are strongly encouraged to submit an abstract for a poster or oral presentation.

Important deadlines:
Registration in ConfTool and abstract submission: 28.02.2015 (prolonged to 06.03.2015)
End of reviewing process: Beginning of April 2015 (exact date will be announced soon)
Start of registration for workshop: Beginning of April 2015, just after the reviewing process
Deadline for workshop registration and payment: 17.05.2015
Final upload of accepted talks: 20.07.2015
Final upload for poster flash talks (maximum 2 slides): 24.07.2015
Abstract format:
Abstract submissions should be limited to a text body of about 3000 characters or one DIN-A4 page. Please use standard fonts like Arial, Times New Roman or Calibri and font sizes between 10-12 pt. These are guidelines only, shorter or longer abstracts, or other templates will also be considered. Please stick to the common formats of scientific documents.
Poster format
The poster walls are designed for tha A0 format (= 84.1 x 118.9 cm). Your poster should be in portrait format.
Poster flash talk
For every poster there will be a flash talk of 2 minutes. Please prepare a PowerPoint presentation containing maximum 2 slides for teasing your topic and poster.
