• Biofunctionality and health-related effects of feed from sustainably produced biomass (insect biomass, fungal mycelia from biotechnological production, algae, etc.) in livestock and model animals

• Meeting the global demand for protein for animals and humans in a sustainable and environmentally friendly manner under increasingly difficult conditions (global population growth, scarcity of natural resources, climate change, supply chain problems)
