BMEL funds "GreenChicken"

For four years, the BMEL is funding the research project "Circular feeding strategies in organic chicken farming (GreenChicken)" under the direction of Professor Gattinger* and Dr. Engel, Oberer Hardthof. Furthermore, the professorships König, Eder*/Gessner and Breuer* from the JLU-Faculty 09 are involved, as are FiBL Germany (Dr. C. Lambertz) and the company Probenda as further partners. The funding volume amounts to 2.01 million euros, of which 1.6 million euros will go to the participating groups of Faculty 09.
