Didn't Find the Book You Wanted?

Possible reasons:

• Have you made a typing error? In the search portal JUSTfind (tab "Catalog OPAC") you will be offered "Similar search terms" below the input field (e.g. the correct spelling). You can use the suggested term(s) for a new search.
• Is it an article?  You can obtain information on this via: Search for specific articles.
• Are you looking for an older book? A search in Google Books can be successful here. You will primarily find older, copyright-free books in full text.
• Is it a dissertation published before 1987? You can also search the dissertation catalog. If you have any questions, please contact the information desk.

Still no hits? You can use our catalog portal to carry out a national search and order literature not available in Giessen via interlibrary loan from other libraries.
