Proposal Deadlines

The award is usually presented every two years.

In 2025, courses from four semesters: winter semester 2023/2024, summer semester 2023, winter semester 2024/2025, summer semester 2024 are therefore eligible for the students' proposals.

All lecturers in Faculties 01 - 06 who independently conduct teaching events, lectures, courses, seminars, tutorials, etc. can be nominated. Every duly enrolled student from Faculties 01 - 06 has the right to nominate candidates.

The proposal deadlines are as follows:

Winter semesters 2023/2024 and 2024/2025: March 1, 2025
Summer semesters 2023 and 2024: August 1, 2025  

Documents to be submitted: Proposal form (completed in full) and a 1-3 page letter of justification.

The proposals are submitted to the Staff Department for Studies and Teaching:
