#1 Digital Teaching Literacy

Digital teaching literacy can be translated as ‘university teaching competence in digitally supported teaching and learning settings’ (see also glossary entry Digital Teaching Literacy). To support university lecturers in developing their digital teaching literacy, NIDIT offered exchange formats with keynote speeches, open educational resources (OER), individual consultations and continuing education and training courses in university teaching, also in cooperation with the University Teaching Network of Central Hesse (HDM).

The short exchange formats on innovative teaching concepts were offered at lunchtime and were open to all teachers at the three universities and, in some cases, beyond:

  • NIDIT Luch Bag Session (JLU)
  • Zekoll Mittagsimpulse (THM)
  • Lunch Lectures (UMR)

The outcomes and OER of all NIDIT project measures were made available sustainably and publicly in the NIDIT media library or were linked there.

In this video you will get a small insight into package of measures #1 from our kick-off event in German and English:
