Research
The Department of Art History conducts a variety of research activities at the chairs of Medieval Art History and Modern and Contemporary Art History. Several ongoing third-party funded projects as well as memberships in scientific research networks enhance its research profile. The research conducted by scientific staff members, post-doctoral researchers and doctoral students as part of their academic qualification significantly contributes to its diversity.
