HESPRI - ein "HORIZON-MSCA-SE"-Projekt

In dem EU-Gemeinschaftsprojekt hat die Professur für Hochschuldidaktik mdS Lehrerbildung die Leitung des Arbeitspakets ESSENCE (Evaluation and Assessment of Quality in Higher Education. WP2).

Projektstart: Januar 2023

WP2. Evaluation and Assessment of Quality in Higher Education (ESSENCE)
Driving Force: Updating and adapting definitions of quality in higher education and producing a renewed,
comprehensive set of methodologies and indicators for quality evaluation and assessment

This work package aims to bring together academics from throughout the project, incorporating expertise in distinct areas. The team conducting the research will (re)define and innovatively pilot and assess different criteria of quality in higher education, in order to be able to carve out benefits and risks, taking the path dependency into considerations. The innovative methodology and set of indicators for quality assessment and evaluation in higher education will be proposed for different levels of effectiveness and distinct dimensions of effectiveness. The major challenges here are digitalisation, social equality and sustainability, and the WP aims to develop and test indicators for these challenges on different levels. WP2 brings together researchers highly experienced in methods and assessment of quality and performance of higher education systems and institutions, consulted by their respective governments on higher education research issues, and serving as advisory boards members based on their expertise.
