Research Interests
- Biomass Valorisation: Advancing sustainable value chains for Miscanthus and other biomass feedstock’s, with a focus on industrially relevant pre-treatment methods and their applications in producing bio-based fuels, chemicals, and materials.
- Innovative Bio-products and Materials: Advancing the use of biomass-derived products for integration into industrial processes and green technologies.
- Bioeconomy: Collaborating with academic and industrial stakeholders to advance biomass-based solutions, with a focus on bioeconomy strategies, EU trends, circular bioeconomy and integrating economics, social systems, and ecology to promote sustainability.
