The Atomic Layer Process Innovation Network (ALPIN) Workshop will bring together experts from academia and industry to foster exchange in the fields of Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) and Atomic Layer Etching (ALE). A wide range of engaging contributions from universities and industry partners has already been submitted.
