- Welcome to the Chair of Digitalization, E-Commerce and Operations Management by Jella Pfeiffer! We focus on information systems and digitalization, particularly on intelligent and interactive decision support systems, e-commerce and virtual reality-commerce (VR-Commerce) as well as topics about sustainability and fairness of artificial intelligence algorithms. We hereby take a closer look at behavioral research, which helps us to understand and to explain the behavior of users of digital platforms and VR applications. Another field of research is the design-oriented approach to build and implement new systems.
