Conference Fee
Please note the conference fee structure below and – in particular – that the special Early Bird rate for registration is available only until May 01 2025. We would therefore encourage you to register for the conference as soon as possible.
The conference fee for the 26th conference of the International Association for World Englishes (IAWE26) covers the following for each delegate:
- for each conference day:
- lunch
- two breaks with snacks and coffee, tea and soft drinks
- a welcome reception on the evening of the first day of the conference
- a conference bag with the regular conference gear
The conference fee depends on a delegate’s career stage and the time of registration:
- delegates without a PhD registering until May 01 2025: EUR 219
- delegates with a PhD registering until May 01 2025: EUR 269
- delegates without a PhD registering until July 01 2025: EUR 279
- delegates with a PhD registering until July 01 2025: EUR 329
- delegates registering later than July 01 2025: EUR 399
On the second night of the conference, there will be an optional gala dinner at Schlosskeller Giessen for EUR 80. http://www.schlosskeller-giessen.de/
