  • from Giessen station, take bus number 2, 5 or 24 to "Marktplatz". From "Marktplatz" take bus number 800, 801, 802, or 9 to Rathenaustr.

By car:
  • from Dortmund, take the A45 (Exit – Wetzlar-Ost) >B49 (Dreieck Bergwerkswald) >A485 towards Kassel, Marburg > Exit - Schiffenberger Tal, turn left toward Giessen, after approx. 500 m turn right at the second traffic light (sign-post Philosophikum II).
  • from Erfurt or Kassel, take the A5 (Reiskirchener Dreieck)>A480 (Nordkreuz Giessen) > A485 > Exit - Schiffenberger Tal, then continue as above.
  • from Frankfurt, take the A5 (Gambacher Kreuz)>A45 (Giessener Suedkreuz) > A485 > Exit - Schiffenberger Tal, then continue as above.
