Experimental organizational development is a promising approach in change processes in which realities are created on a trial basis in order to initiate transformations. This article evaluates the experiences with the approach using the case study of office space reduction in the context of sustainability transformation at a university. In order to increase its practical suitability, the procedure is expanded to include a preliminary process and the feedback into the overall system is presented.
