PGI and PHR Settings
You must adjust the following settings (changes to the SAP router string) in order to access these systems:
PGI accounting system
The following requirements apply for access to SAP's PGI system:
- The computer must be located in a network segment approved by the HRZ and have an intranet connection (connection via network cable).
- As access is currently not possible via the website (web browser), SAP's GUI must be installed on the computer. If you do not yet have the app, you must download it. Administrator rights are required for this. Please use the latest version 7.60 when installing.
- In SAP's GUI 7.60 software settings, the entry for the PGI accounting system in SAP's router string must be changed as follows:
/H/sapr1.uni-giessen.de/H/sap.hehrz.de

PHR human resources management system
The PHR personnel system also requires modified entries in SAP's GUI.
- In SAP's GUI 7.60 software settings, the entry for the PHR personnel system in SAP's router string must be changed as follows:
/H/sapr1.uni-giessen.de/H/sap.hehrz.de
