In the event of a potential information security incident, the following rules of conduct and initial measures must be observed:

  1. Remain calm.
  2. Report the incident to the helpdesk immediately:
    1. primarily by telephone on 0641 / 99 - 13100 (during regular working hours) or
    2. using the form below
