Mentoring

At PCMO, we regularly offer two different mentoring programs. During the mentoring program you will be accompanied by an experienced mentor for a defined period of time - the focus will be on personal advice and sharing of experience and informal knowledge.

Career goal science management

The mentoring program Einstieg ins Wissenschaftsmanagement addresses doctoral students and postdocs at the University of Gießen who are considering entering science management after completing their doctorate. This year, we are also able to provide a contingent of spots for doctoral students and postdocs from the University of Marburg and the Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen. As part of the program, you will be accompanied by experienced mentors from university and non-university science management.

The program will be held in German but all applicants are welcome regardless of their German language level.
