The individual specialisation undertaken by students of this degree programme is applicable in a broad range of public and private institutions. While they firstly gain competence in languages, literatures and cultures which can be brought to bear in fields ranging from the cultural sector to academia and from journalism to publishing, they also gather direct experience of applying the contents of their studies in the practical context of their projects and work placements, which prepares them to do so professionally in such areas as foreign trade, sales, international project management, public relations and marketing. At the same time, the BA in Modern Languages, Cultures and Business Studies lays the foundations for the Master's programme, which further hones the skills learned in the BA and opens up more career opportunities.
