Content

By using survey tools, lecturers can vary lectures and seminars, and activate students in both face-to-face and synchronous online teaching, encourage reflection and easily design feedback situations. Multiple choice tests, if correctly formulated and used, can also support the teaching process and independent learning of students. In this online seminar you will get an overview of the possible applications of survey tools and multiple choice tests in teaching and discuss the purely practical, possibilities, but also challenges.

Learning Targets

The participants

  • can use survey tools for student activation, self-evaluation and metacognition in teaching.
  • can use multiple choice tests as formative feedback and in the assessment phase.
  • can formulate "good questions" for MCT.
  • can exploit the technical possibilities for the meaningful use of MCT.
