I have de-registered. Can I continue to use the JLU systems?
After your de-registration, we will give you time, for example, to discuss exam results by mail, download data from your courses or access Flexnow (examination management system). Only a few services are no longer possible as of the day of de-registration, for example the use of the university Wi-Fi, the online services of the UB (university library) that require a license and the Nextbike rental bikes.
You can continue to use ILIAS, Stud.IP, the JLUbox and your e-mail address for 90 days after de-registration. Please note, however, that any use beyond this is not possible. Therefore, back up all data in good time and, if necessary, inform your contacts that you can soon be reached via a new e-mail address (e.g. your private e-mail address).
365 days after your exmatriculation, Flexnow can also no longer be used.
We are sorry that an extension of the grace period is not possible.
