Team AG Dammann

The research group investigates the epigenetic regulation of tumour-associated genes in human carcinogenesis and the functional characterisation of these genes. Molecular biological methods such as CRISPR/Cas9 technology are used.
As part of the teaching activities, modules of the Bachelor's, Master's and teacher training courses on general genetics, human biology, tumour genetics, molecular biology and epigenetics are taught.
