CV Checks
Your CV is your business card, your first chance to impress your possible future employer, your chance to stand out from piles of applications. There is no one-fits-all solution and CVs and cover letters need to be adapted to each application. To make the most out of your CV Check, you will need to prepare your CV and also pick a job advertisement for which you (hypothetically) would like to apply.
All slots for the CV Checks have been filled already.
It is not possible to have your CV checked in German and English at the same time, so chose your preferred language. Because there are limited places, you will be asked for your preferred time in a second step. You also need to upload your CV and ideally a cover letter and job advertisement by 06 March 2026 in order to secure your place. Interested participants who could not secure a slot for a CV-Check during the Career Day can also contact the Hochschulteam of Agentur für Arbeit Gießen to request an individual slot. You can call +49 641 9393 345 or send an email to Giessen.Hochschulteam@arbeitsagentur.de. For more information please check: https://www.arbeitsagentur.de/vor-ort/giessen/hst
