Yannick Nicolai Amend

Since October 2021, Yannick Nicolai Amend has been a research assistant at the Chair of Technology, Innovation, and Start-up Management at Justus Liebig University Giessen. From the winter semester 2021, he will be responsible for the exercise for the Bachelor's course Entrepreneurship, among other things.

Yannick Nicolai Amend studied Media Management at the HSRM Wiesbaden, which he completed with a Bachelor of Arts. During this time, he completed a semester abroad at Ramkhamhaeng University Bangkok. He continued his academic career at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and at the Università Bocconi Milan in the CEMS International Management program. Upon completion of the program, he was awarded a Master in Management (MiM) and a Master of Science (MSc.) 'with distinction'.

In addition, Yannick Nicolai Amend gained professional experience through full-time internships at several software companies as well as in consulting. Before moving to the professorship, he worked as a consultant for a strategic management consulting firm.
