If you would like me to write a recommendation letter to support your application for a scholarship or admission to an academic programme, I need:

• a description of / link to the programme you are applying for
• your motivation / application letter
• the recommendation form I need to fill in (if there is any) or an outline of the points that need to be covered in the recommendation letter
• your transcript of records (from FlexNow).
