"Residue-specific Force Fields RSFF1 and RSFF2 for Protein Simulations"

Abstract:

Accurate protein force fields have been developed based on fitting to statistical conformation distributions of protein coil library using residue specific parameters. The force fields have have successfully applied to fold a series of proteins. They have advantageous in the studies of intrinsically disordered proteins and cyclic peptides.
