Fellows are academics at postdoctoral (junior) and professorial (senior) level who join the GCSC for a limited period of time (usually between 2-6 months). Coming from various universities and covering a wide range of different disciplines, these academics strengthen the GCSC’s national and international networks, add new perspectives and bring their academic experiences and teaching skills into the GCSC. The Fellows broaden the GCSC’s research and teaching profile by offering courses for postgraduate students within the GCSC’s curriculum. Their teaching load varies depending on their focus on either research or teaching. Furthermore, all fellows become members of the GCSC and are available for stimulating discussion with PhD students. They also serve as mentors for doctoral students, giving feedback on current or future research projects.
