Sekels GmbH
Sekels GmbH is a medium-sized company based in Ober-Mörlen. With around 30 employees (about half of whom are physicists and engineers), Sekels GmbH manufactures and trades in the field of magnetism. From magnetic components and electromagnetic compatibility to research, Sekels GmbH is active in a wide range of fields. Our in-house laboratory and production facilities make us flexible and independent. We look for customer-specific solutions as well as developing our own products. We currently have over 600 customers worldwide.
The Plasma Rocket Company
We, The Plasma Rocket Company, are a start-up founded a year ago, which deals with the development and technological implementation of electric high thrust space propulsion systems. The technological basis for this is our own plasma propulsion concept, called Helios. Part of our novel technological approach is to generate a dense plasma by ionizing neutral gases under high pressure, which in turn forms the basis for the extraction of high particle flows. This is exactly what the two-stage ionization system from Helios is designed for. The project is being carried out in cooperation with SRD Electronics.
