Registration blocking procedure for block seminars

In AfK block seminars of the ZfbK, attendance is obligatory 100% of the time. Please contact us if you cannot attend a course for a short period of time for a valid reason. We will check in each case individually whether you can still attend the course or not.

Please note: Registration for block seminars of the ZfbK becomes binding approximately 7 days before the seminar begins. Cancellation of registration after the deadline is only possible for valid reasons and must be clarified immediately and only with the AfK team:akom.

If you wish to cancel your registration after participation has become binding, you may do so no later than one day before the seminar begins.

Please note: If you are  a registered participant in Stud.IP and do NOT show up for an AfK block seminar of the ZfbK WITHOUT having canceled your participation, you will be unable to register for AfK block seminars of the ZfbK for the above-mentioned period. All existing Stud.IP registrations for AfK block seminars that take place during this period will be cancelled. 

This procedure does not exclude you from attending AfK courses at the ZfbK that take place during the semester on a regular basis.We also warmly invite you to come to block seminars and to participate in the course after consultation with the lecturers if you are on the waiting list and there is still sufficient capacity in the course after all. A strategy that has paid off for many so far!
